Who provides the service

These terms apply to every shoot booked through this website, by email or by message.
Service and prices
We photograph and film moving cars from our camera car, a Mercedes V-Class. The packages and their prices are on the Book a shoot page.
Prices are final. Rollrs.V is VAT-exempt under the Hungarian small-business scheme (alanyi adómentesség), so no VAT is charged.
Extras (an extra location, a second car, travel outside Budapest, faster delivery) and work for companies are priced individually; we send the price before you confirm.
Companies
If you book or ask for a quote as a company, these terms apply together with the quote. Where the two differ, the quote wins.
The quote sets the scope of the work, the price, the delivery dates and how the images may be used.
The right of withdrawal and the conciliation board described below are for consumers only.
How a booking is made
The form has four steps: package, dates, car, contact details. You can go back and correct anything before you send it. If you notice a mistake after sending, email us.
Sending the form is a request, not a contract. The contract is made when we confirm the booking by email (date, package, price and deposit) and you pay the deposit.
The contract is made in Hungarian or English. It is not filed as a separate document; our email exchange is the record of it. We do not follow any code of conduct.
Deposit and cancellation
Paying the deposit secures the date. Its amount is in the booking confirmation, and it counts towards the final price.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the shoot, we refund the deposit in full within 14 days. If you cancel later or do not turn up, the deposit is not refunded.
If the weather would spoil the shoot, we move it to a new date at no charge. If we have to cancel for any other reason, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
This does not limit the consumer right of withdrawal described below.
The shoot
You drive your own car throughout, on a route agreed in advance, at normal road speed. You remain responsible for your car and for following the Hungarian traffic rules (KRESZ). We never ask you to break traffic rules, and we can stop or move a shoot if conditions are not safe.
Rolling Stills take about 30 to 45 minutes on route. Other packages run as agreed in the confirmation.
Delivery
You receive edited, full-resolution files through a private gallery link. Stills are delivered within 3 to 5 days of the shoot; the delivery date for video is set in the confirmation or quote.
We do not hand over raw files; the edit is part of the service.
Using the images
Copyright in the photos and videos stays with Rollrs.V. You may use them for yourself and your own car, including on your own social media and when selling your own car. Use by a company, in advertising or for stock is covered by the quote for that work.
We only show your car in our portfolio on this website and Instagram if you agree. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you book as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day it was made (Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)).
To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email (contact@rollrsv.com) or by post (1121 Budapest, Költő u. 13.) before the deadline. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
We refund everything you paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
If you ask us to carry out the shoot within the 14 days, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (the shoot done and the files delivered). If you withdraw after the shoot but before delivery, you pay a part of the price proportionate to the work already done.
If your shoot date falls within those 14 days, the booking confirmation asks whether you want to go ahead on that date. Saying yes is your choice, and you say it in writing, by replying to the email.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints by email to contact@rollrsv.com or by post (1121 Budapest, Költő u. 13.). We answer written complaints in writing within 30 days.
If we cannot settle it, as a consumer you can turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület): 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. These terms and the contract are governed by Hungarian law.
Changes
These terms take effect on 8 Oct 2026. If they change, the new version applies only to bookings made after it is published.
