Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Marcell Christopher Nagy, trading as Rollrs.V, 1121 Budapest, Költő u. 13., Hungary.

Booking and quote requests
What: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, details of the car, preferred dates, the area you are in, what the images are for, your notes and how you want us to reply. For companies, also the company name.
Why: to reply, send a quote and arrange the shoot.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
How long: if no booking follows, we delete the request within 12 months of your last message. If you book, the rules for bookings apply.
Bookings and delivery
What: the details above, the agreed date and route, payments, and the photos and videos we make of your car and, where visible, of you.
Why: to carry out the shoot, deliver the files and issue invoices.
Legal basis: performing the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Invoicing is a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
How long: contract records for 5 years after the contract ends (the general limitation period of the Hungarian Civil Code). Accounting documents, including invoices, for 8 years (section 169 of Act C of 2000 on Accounting).
Showing your car in our work
We only publish photos or videos of your car, its number plate or you on rollrsv.com and on our Instagram if you agree, in the booking form or in writing.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; we then remove the material from the website and our Instagram. Withdrawal does not affect what was published before it.
Messages by email, WhatsApp or Instagram
If you contact us directly, we handle what you send the same way as a booking or quote request. WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta Platforms; their own privacy policies apply to what you send through them.
Visiting the website
Our host, Netlify, records technical data when the site is requested: IP address, browser, time and the page asked for.
Why: to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept by the host for a limited period for security.
No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers are used. The fonts are served from this site. One setting is kept in your browser’s session storage while the tab is open: whether you paused a video. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab.
Who receives your data
Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) hosts the website and receives form submissions as our data processor. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
If we issue an invoice, its data is reported to the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV) as the law requires.
We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.
Your rights
- Access to your data and a copy of it (Article 15).
- Correction of inaccurate data (Article 16).
- Erasure (Article 17).
- Restriction of processing (Article 18).
- Data portability (Article 20).
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21).
- Withdrawal of consent at any time (Article 7(3)).

You can also go to court, including the court of your place of residence.
Other
Giving us your details is not required by law, but we cannot reply or book a shoot without contact details. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.
